Start: Car park Rose, B498 towards Dammhaus, south of Altenau. Nature trail of Harz National Park with 9 information stations about natural forest development. Fascinating insight into changes caused by climate change and bark beetle. Short, family-friendly and suitable for less active dogs. Special stamp station for the Harzer Wandernadel (badge „Wildnis-Entdecker"). Note: dogs must be kept on a lead in the national park.
